EMBODYING GRACE: Staying Centered Through The Chaos

EMBODYING GRACE
Staying Centered Through The Chaos

Hello Everyone,

I hope this finds you well and safe. Many of you, myself included, have been through recent hurricanes and natural disasters. In fact, as I speak, Florida is bracing for another, massive storm. Living 30 minutes outside of Asheville, NC, my wife and I have felt the effects of hurricane Helene. We are safe and good and have not sustained any damages to our home or property. Our little town of Brevard was largely unharmed. I feel blessed beyond measure and my heart goes out to the towns and cities nearby who were not nearly as fortunate. Asheville and most of the surrounding areas will take time to recover. In fact, these recovery efforts are still taking place. People are still being rescued and air lifted from their homes. And the scope of the damage to this area and to so many other areas is too large to tally at this point.

We, here in WNC, have received an outpouring of donations and support from so, so many people and organizations all over the world. Money, clothing, food, gas and necessities are pouring into distribution centers here every day. The love and support and heroic efforts of so many are truly staggering. Everyday people in our community and from afar are leaving their homes and often, driving in from out of town, to do wellness checks on those still unaccounted for. They are literally rescuing people from their homes at great peril to themselves. Angels live among us and it brings me to tears as I write this. I have seen the best of humanity since Helene. I have seen true Grace; the part of our humanity that calls us to drive toward a disaster zone and lift one another up and out to safety.

Many of you have reached out and asked how you can help. What we need, as a collective, is for each of us to stay centered in our hearts. It is essential to stay in a high vibration of love, compassion and kind-heartedness, now more than ever. These types of disasters place people in survival mode. Understandably so. And when we’re in survival mode, it’s easy to go into fear and worry. Sustaining our brothers and sisters now through love, kind, positive words and support, however you can offer it, is what our human grace is all about. Here are some ways you can hold this vibration for the collective at this time:

1.) Send prayers for the well being of all those affected by the storms or who are currently in the path of a storm and hold the intention for the removal of any blockages to their safety.

2.) Visualize those affected by the storms enfolded in a loving light, feeling at peace and safe in their surroundings.

3.) Surround the states affected by storms or in the path of a current storm with Golden Orange divine grace, rose-gold healing energy, silver for protection, soft pink for self-love and gold for neutrality and wisdom. Visualize all those in the path of any storm, past or present, as safe!

If you feel called to donate money for disaster relief in NC, here is a good organization:

The time of feeling separate from one another and from our Earth has past. The time of taking care of ourselves at the expense of taking care of our collective has past. The time of feeling like we are separate from the Earth and are entitled to her resources has past. Division can no longer sustain us as a collective. Politics, religion or financial status can no longer divide us. We are out of time. We must heal these splits in our collective consciousness with Grace, compassion and love for one another and our planet. And the good news is, we have all the tools to heal this residing inside our hearts. We simply are not separate from one another; we only need to remember this.

If you’re reading this and you live in one of these places affected by the storms, please do remember to take care of yourself first. Recharge your own internal batteries before going out and helping others. It will take each of us bringing our special and unique medicine to heal our world.

I send you all every beautiful blessing from my heart.

Love, Love, Love,

Angie
